The RKC Russian kettlebell is a highly quality and durable kettlebell from Dragon Door that can be used for whole body workout and toning. However, I tend to find the DVD a little bit misleading when it recommends for men to start with the 35 lb kettlebell. We all have different strengths and if you have average strength or you are a man who is using kettlebells for the first time; you might hurt yourself while using the 35 lb kettlebell. I would recommend you start with the 26 lb kettlebell the move to the 35 lb kettlebell after you have build enough strength and stability.
